1st Meeting of the School Year!

Summer is almost over and it is time to start thinking about Scouting again.  Troop 200’s first meeting back is on Aug. 21, 6:30 p.m. to 8:30 p.m. at Twin Canyon’s Girl Scout Camp at the end of Spring Hill Rd in Lafayette.

This is our traditional campfire kick off meeting.  Patrols should come prepared with a skit and a song.  Families are invited and are also encouraged to participate.  Send your skits or songs for review to SPL Ryan Everly and SM Weyland by 5 p.m. on Aug. 19.  There will be a meeting for all troop youth leaders on Sunday, Aug. 19 from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m. to review August and September schedule and plan for the campfire.  If you are working on the communications merit badge and need to be an MC please contact SM Weyland.
